You should submit a Word document (two pages maximum) with your abstract (up to 250 words) not later than January 10th, 2020, via our EasyChair submission link:
Once in the Easychair platform you should create an account (if you don’t have any yet). Then, you need to ‘enter as an author’ by clicking in the corresponding link to register the author’s information and fill in the required fields of ‘Title’, ‘Abstract’ and ‘Keywords’. It is necessary, anyway, to upload the referred Word document (download a template here) in the corresponding ‘Files’ section. Instructions to complet this template must be followed strictly and those submitted documents not conforming to the required format will be disqualified. The Abstract document will include the following information:
- Title of the contribution
- Author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s)
- The corresponding author(s)
- E-mail address(es)
- At least 3 Keywords
Bibliography is not needed and first page of papers or similar will not be accepted.
Please, at the end of your document, indicate your preference for one out of the following categories to present your research:
- Only Short Oral Talk (12 min + 3 question minutes)
- Short Oral Talk (12 min + 3 question minutes) + Poster (A0 size)
- Only Poster (A0 size)
Submissions will be evaluated and selected by the Scientific Committee. Once the selection process is complete, submitters of accepted abstracts will be notified by e-mail (no later than January 17th, 2020) to indicate them the presentation modality they have been selected for.
By choosing the Modality “Short Oral Talk + Poster”, if you were selected to give a Short Oral Talk you will also have the opportunity to present your work in the form of a poster in the Poster Sessions and therefore to opt for one out of the two Student Poster Awards granted to this presentation modality.
