Invoice Request

If you need an INVOICE of your Registration payment dated 2019, you must request it to the organizers not later than December 10th (the University of Zaragoza's offices will be closed from December 20th for Christmas). Rather, if you need the INVOICE dated 2020 then you must effect the payment of your Registration fee on 2020, between January 1st and the Late Registration deadline (January 10th).

Registration Limitation

Even though we warmly call for researchers to submit scientific communications to our conference we could limit the attendees number due to a capacity issue at the conference rooms, so that, if necessary, we might reject applications to participate.

Name Badges

Participants are obliged to wear the official name badges at the Conference and during all other related events.


Access to the exhibition area is free for registered participants.

Coffee breaks

Coffee breaks are included in the registration fee and will be offered in the exhibition area.

Certificate of Attendance

Meeting participants will receive a certificate of attendance after the Conference, always on request.

Wireless Internet Access

WiFi internet access will be available at the Conference venue.


By registering for the Conference participants agree that the Organizing Committee or the BIFI Institute itself cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belongings to Conference participants, either during, or as a result of the meeting.
